How to Use & Care
A few minutes with this guide and your tray will look after your dinners for years.
Before the first use
- Unroll the tray and let it lie flat for a few minutes so it settles.
- Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and dry it.
- Check the plug matches your outlets and the voltage on the label matches your country (110–120V for the US and Canada, 220–240V for the UK and EU) [CONFIRM].
Using it
- Lay it flat on a dry, stable, heat-safe surface. Keep it away from the edge of the table and away from water.
- Plug it in and switch it on. Pick a heat level: lower for bread and sides, higher for casseroles and meats [CONFIRM number of levels and temperatures].
- Set the timer [CONFIRM timer options]. The tray switches off on its own when time is up [CONFIRM auto shut-off].
- Add your dishes. Use flat-bottomed glass, ceramic, stoneware or metal dishes. Avoid thin plastic containers.
- Lift dishes with the Pinch-Grip Mitts. Dishes and the tray surface get hot.
The tray keeps cooked food warm. It isn't designed to cook raw food or to reheat food from cold.
Safety
- Don't leave it switched on unattended or overnight.
- Keep the cord, plug and controller away from water and out of reach of children and pets.
- Don't fold it or roll it up while it's hot or switched on.
- Don't use it if the cord, plug or surface is damaged. Contact us instead.
- Only use a voltage converter rated for the tray's wattage if you take it to a country with different voltage. A plug adapter alone does not change voltage.
Cleaning
- Switch it off, unplug it and let it cool completely.
- Wipe the silicone with a damp cloth and a little mild washing-up liquid.
- Wipe again with clean water and dry it with a towel.
Never submerge the tray or put it in the dishwasher. Avoid abrasive pads and sharp tools.
Storing
Once it's cool and dry, roll it up loosely (don't crease it) and keep it in a drawer or cupboard with the controller.
