30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of placing your Everlo order.
Full-price and discounted purchases, including items purchased during our 50%-off promotion, are eligible under the same conditions.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a change-of-mind return:
- Submit your request within 30 days of placing your order.
- Keep the item unused and in its original packaging.
- Obtain return approval before sending it back.
A 25% restocking fee applies to eligible change-of-mind refunds.
How to Request a Return
Contact us through our Contact Us page. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and details of the item you wish to return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions explaining where and how to send your package.
Please do not send items back before receiving approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your lights when they arrive. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos showing the item, packaging, and issue.
We’ll review your request and help arrange an appropriate replacement or other applicable remedy. The change-of-mind restocking fee does not apply to these claims.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and photos of what you received. We’ll review the issue and help arrange a correction.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible because your order may already have been processed or dispatched.
Exchanges
Please review the product description, dimensions, and selected options before ordering.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us for assistance with a replacement. For other changes, contact us to discuss an eligible return.
Refund Updates
If an approved and issued refund has not appeared after 3–5 business days, check with your bank or card provider. Posting times may vary.
