Free Shipping on All Orders
Every Everlo order includes free shipping. No minimum purchase is required.
Processing Time
Orders typically require up to 3 business days for verification, preparation, and dispatch.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been dispatched, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 6–9 business days.
- International orders: 9–11 business days.
These delivery windows are estimates. Carrier delays and other shipping conditions may occasionally extend delivery times.
If you’re ordering for Halloween or another event, please allow time for both processing and shipping.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Enter your tracking number on our Track Order page to follow its progress.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, available items may ship separately. Remaining items will be dispatched when they become available.
If you receive only part of your order, check your shipping emails for information about additional shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. Include your order number and the correct address.
We’ll check whether the address can still be updated. Changes may no longer be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, check the delivery location and ask other members of your household whether they accepted it.
Contact the carrier using your tracking number, and reach out to us so we can help review the shipment information.
