Shipping is free and tracked on every order. We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can run longer in peak season.

After a cutoff we still ship as normal, but your parcel may arrive after the holiday.

Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo for damage). We'll chase the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost or damaged.
